Jaan Aps brought impact topic to mainstream with an intriguing idea of establishing a “stock market” for Estonian social-purpose organisations
Just one example of the results of the client work!
Estonian Association of Large Families had no theory of change prior to our cooperation. No focus in strategy meant no focus in external communication. The landing page of the web page merely listed their various activities.
Here is the design of their new web page! As a result of our cooperation, they identified four focus areas, each with a separate theory of change. The four focuses are be attractively presented on their new web page as four colorful boxes.
How do we do it? Just one example…
1. The flip chart is about to become the canvas for a theory of change as a result of a brainstorming session.
2. After the brainstorming session – the flip chart is no more empty. Looks a bit chaotic, though.
3. Moderator is working during the coffee break – some order is needed to confront the chaos!
4. Step-by-step, the chaos of the flip chart sheet is being transformed by the moderator into – surprise! – the first draft of theory of change. The scheme is soon to be printed out and further discussed with the participants.
